The Governor's Multicultural Awards celebrate the organisations, teams and people fostering an inclusive and connected South Australia.
Every day, South Australians are strengthening our communities by fostering inclusion, understanding and belonging. These awards recognise their contributions and shine a spotlight on the people, achievements and stories that inspire others.
Nominations are now open across ten award categories:
- Outstanding Individual Achievement
- Regional Achievement
- Arts and Culture
- Community Sector
- Media
- Private Sector
- Public Sector
- Volunteer
- Senior Volunteer
- Youth
If you know someone making a positive contribution to multiculturalism in our community, nominate them for a Governor's Multicultural Award.
You can nominate a colleague, community leader, volunteer, organisation, team or yourself. Nominating is simple and open to all South Australians.
Nominations close at 11pm on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Finalists will be notified in early 2027.
