- Represented the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) and its attached offices and arts statutory authorities on the across government finance reform project including on the steering committee and associated working groups.
- Completed the transition of DPC and its attached offices and arts statutory authorities banking arrangements from the Commonwealth Bank to the ANZ under the whole of government banking contract.
- Implemented the transition of DPC and its attached offices and arts statutory authorities to a new travel management system, Corporate Travel Management Pty Ltd (CTM) under the across government travel management contract.
- Supported the transition of the Office of the Cross Border Commissioner from the Department of Primary Industries and Regions, South Australia to DPC.
- Supported the implementation of an organisational restructure including facilitating accommodation, financial and human resources requirements and providing change management support.
- Launched the new DPC Diversity and Inclusion Framework 2023-2025 which introduced a new diversity and inclusion maturity model to measure our progress on the department’s diversity and inclusion competence journey.
- Recognised and celebrated employee achievements via the annual recognition awards. More than 80 nominations were received with 13 winners recognised and 12 high achievement certificates awarded.
- Ongoing delivery of a comprehensive wellbeing program, with a focus on psychological wellbeing, positive workplace culture and the identification and mitigation of workplace psychosocial hazards.
- Achieved a consistently low rate of significant injuries and a high rate of early injury management intervention, as benchmarked against the South Australian Public Sector.
- Implemented improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes to streamline, simplify and reduce steps improving both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Supported the implementation of new organisational arrangements including updating structures in internal system and reporting outputs.
- Worked collaboratively with ICT Services to procure and implement 'SmartyGrants' - an online platform that modernises and simplifies the grant application and management process for the Grant Programs Unit.
- Developed the Audit Finding Action Register to replace CURA for the recording, monitoring and managing of the department's audit findings, outcomes of control self-assessments and risk surveys.
- Supported the Office for Autism’s first ‘Autism Works in the Community’ grants program 2024.
- Completed the whole of department Objective version upgrade project.
- Facilitated strategic accommodation planning to better utilise DPC’s office accommodation footprint by relocating the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) back to Wakefield House and constructing enclosed spaces in the State Administration Centre for meetings and confidential discussions.
