DPC’s Performance Development Program is a planned system for continually improving the performance of individuals and the organisation as a whole.

Employees participate in biannual discussions as a minimum in line with the Premier’s Direction.

As 31 December 2023, 83% of employees had a discussion in the preceding 6 months.

As 30 June 2024, 75% of employees had a discussion in the preceding 6 months.
