As at 30 June 2025, the Premier’s Delivery Unit (PDU) was comprised of the following positions:
- Chief Executive
- Executive Director
- Director, Policy and Reform
- Director, Projects
- Director, Program Delivery
- Principal, Policy Officer
- Principal, Project and Reform Officer
- Office Manager
- Policy and Project Officer.
The PDU was provided with additional appropriation to recruit two additional FTEs. This is reflected on page 6 of the PDU Annual Report. There were no changes as a result of machinery of government changes.

- Mr Matthew Leyson – Director, Program Delivery.
The PDU does not administer any legislation.
The PDU is an attached office of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
