A vibrant cultural centre is coming to the heart of the city, as part of the Tapangka precinct development on Franklin Street.

The hub will be located at the former Adelaide Bus Station site, as part of the precinct being developed by Renewal SA.
With the State Theatre Company, State Opera, Country Arts SA and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) all set to call the precinct home, it will become a catalyst for creativity, innovation and collaboration.
Set for completion by 2031, it will feature a state-of-the-art-gallery, studios and rehearsal spaces to enable collaboration between arts organisations and the ABC.
It will provide a pipeline of South Australian talent, production and programming.
This exciting project will activate Franklin Street by establishing a cultural precinct that will make our state a better place to create, live, work and play.
