Marketing Communications Activity Reports

DPC will proactively release regular reports on the expenditure on marketing communications activities where the expenditure for the campaign has a total budget over $50,000 ex GST. The report will also including evaluation reports that have been approved at the conclusion of the activity.

Annual Media Expenditure

All South Australian government departments and agencies are required to plan and book their media advertising through the Master Media Agency (MMA) arrangement.

The State Government’s annual media expenditure on advertising for 2016-17 was $34.1million (excl. GST). The six (6) year trend shows an ongoing decline since the base line year of 2011-12 of $1.1 million.
