As the largest festival of its kind in South Australia, the Multicultural Festival creates an exciting, vibrant, international space to showcase and experience and the state's cultural diversity.

Held in the heart of Adelaide at Rundle Mall, the event offers a great day for celebrating cultural music, dance, heritage, arts and crafts, and culinary delights as community groups bring their culture to the big stage.

Captivating and entertaining thousands of South Australians since it started in 2013, the 2017 event saw around 70 multicultural community groups participate and around 90,000 people attend.

Typically, attendees are treated to a dynamic array of world dance and music performances, unique multicultural activities, workshops and demonstrations to get involved in, and stalls showcasing international art, cultural crafts and delicious food to try.

Held every second year, it is a great chance to celebrate, experience and learn more about our multicultural communities including our new and emerging communities and our more established communities.
