Celebrate Aboriginal culture
Each July, Australians come together to celebrate NAIDOC Week and to honour the history, culture, contribution and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. In 2018, NAIDOC Week will run from 8 to 15 July 2018 with the theme of ‘Because Of Her, We Can’.
NAIDOC Week activities
Each year, as part of NAIDOC Week, all Australians are invited to learn more about Aboriginal culture and heritage and how they connect people to Country and the Country to people.
All South Australians are encouraged to participate in the annual celebrations and activities that take place across Adelaide and in the various regions of South Australia.
