The Government of South Australia holds vast amounts of information that can be used to make better, smarter decisions about the way we live.
The Office for Data Analytics administers the state’s two frameworks for information sharing – the Information Sharing Guidelines (ISG) and the Public Sector (Data Sharing) Act 2016.
These complementary frameworks improve the safety and wellbeing of all South Australians, but do so in different ways. The Act does not affect sharing information under the ISG and vice versa.
