From 1 July 2024, the Attorney-General's Department will take responsibility for maintaining the SA Lobbyist Register on behalf of the South Australian government.
There is no impact to the Lobbyists Act 2015.
Any individual or organisation that undertakes lobbying activities in South Australia must be registered on the SA Lobbyist Register.
Members of the public can search the register for details of active and inactive lobbyists as well as annual returns from 2018 onwards. For older returns, contact the SA Lobbyist Register.
