Public sector initiatives costing $15 million or more per annum (inc. GST) on completion (all stages included)
Initiatives are approved by Cabinet and then re-submitted to Cabinet for approval to enter into a contract following tender acceptance.
The proposed procurement method and tender process must be outlined in the initial submission.
Approval to enter into contracts must comply with Treasurer’s Instruction 8.
Government office accommodation
Submissions related to government office accommodation must comply with the requirements of DPC Circular PC018 Government Office Accommodation Framework.
Before work can commence, a submission must be reviewed by the Public Works Committee, in line with guidelines in DPC Circular PC015.
Submissions to the Public Works Committee for proposals over $15 million (inc. GST) must be approved by Cabinet.
